| Details: | SUMMARY: Late coliform reporting DETAILS: I contacted Bob by phone and informed him of the violation. He thought taking the sample before end of quarter was all that was needed and he could send it in anytime. I informed him that the test results must be reported to the state no later than 10 days after the end of the compliance period or a late reporting violation is generated. I informed him that he needs to get the next quarter test results in on time and continue with on time reporting as explained with 10 day grace period. He agreed.
