| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for non reporting violation DETAILS: System forgot to monitor for Vinyl Chloride, CIS-1,2-Dichloroethylene and Trichloroethylene during 2nd quarter. Operator informed me that bottled water is being used. I recommended to the operator that he investigate the possible source of the contamination. I informed the operator that the system is responsible for quarterly M/R because it was detected during the 2-19-08 monitoring. He stated he would monitor ASAP. Vinyl Chloride was no detect in 10-15-07 and 2-19-08. System is no longer required to monitor for Vinyl Chloride. I sent operator a chemical fact sheet on Tetrachloroethylene. ACTION NEEDED: All tests were monitored on 8-21-08 and reported on 10-20-08. Violation resolved. | ||
