Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for coliform violation DETAILS: The system has results for the samples that were pulled in June. The operator sent in the results in from both water systems under his control in the same envelope, one got logged into the data base and one did not. ACTION NEEDED: Operator is sending a copy to the DHS and it should be in the data by the time this is entered.
