| Details: | SUMMARY: M&R violations leading to SNC status DETAILS: Marcola is a SNC for not reporting in 05-07 the SOC3 group (2,4-D, glyphosate, benzo(a)pyrene, adipates, phthalates) for EP-A, EP-F, & EP-G, the VOC group for EP-A, EP-F, & EP-G, Arsenic for EP-F, and 3 DBP samples in the distribution system. I talked with Tim about it during the Rainbow WD survey on 12/4/08 and he said he thought he had the results and would send them in. I also sent him a reminder e-mail on 1/7/09 asking him to submit the results or, if samples not taken, sampe right away. ACTION NEEDED: Await results for SNC resolution. | ||
