Details: SUMMARY: Public Complaint - Air in system DETAILS: A member of the public contacted Yamhill complaining about air in the system. Contacted city of Dayton and they said the issue was due to a pressure differential in the system and that the air was due to dissolved gasses being released due to different pressure ingredients in the system.
