| Details: | SUMMARY: Called and sent letter regarding SNC for TCR M&R Violation. DETAILS: Tried to call the water system and their phone was disconnected. Sent a letter regarding Water Quality Sampling Compliance Violations Assessed Against the Silver Lake Café and Bar on February 12, 2009. The letter informed the water system that they need to resume coliform and nitrate sampling and submit the results as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Resume coliform and nitrate monitoring and submit results to the Drinking Water Porgram as soon as possible. | ||
