| Details: | SUMMARY: Tim called to report positive total coliform. DETAILS: Tim informed me that he would shock the well on 9-26-08 but I spoke with Karen Kelley who suggested he draw another raw sample to confirm the positive total coliform. I left Tim a message this evening requesting that he draw another raw total coliform sample at well #8 and label it "special" Tim took well #8 off line ASAP after learning of the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Tim will report results to Linn County ASAP. | ||
