| Details: | SUMMARY: Public Notice for arsenic DETAILS: Received a phone call from Rex. Spoke about the requirements of public notice for arsenic and to update us on the progress on resolving the elevated arsenic. The system has a yearly average of 0.017mg/L of arsenic which has a MCL of 0.01. They are working with West Tech Engineering of Salem to completely redesign their underground water delivery system. They are in the proposal stage of options. They have considered treatment, blending and using City of Woodburn for domestic supply. They have the contact information for Tom Charbonneau for plan approval. ACTION NEEDED: Post Public Notice & copy to our department. Work with Tom Charbonneau for plan approval. Continue to sample arsenic on a quarterly basis. | ||
