| Details: | SUMMARY: Combined Filter Effluent Turbidimeter DETAILS: The City of Seaside owns and operates a Surface Water System, which supplies approximately 6000 people through 3600 connections. The City treats from the Necanicum River through a dual-train, upflow clarifier and rapid-sand treatment system. HBH was contacted by Ben Davis following the recent of requirements resulting from their most recent Sanitary Survey. Among the requirements was the addition of a Combined Filter Effluent Turbidimeter. I visited water treatment plant to review options for placement of the tubidimeter and the associated tap. ACTION NEEDED: Completed Turbidimeter recommendations. Also, assist City with other Sanitary Survey issues, including Contact Tracer testing. | ||
