| Details: | SUMMARY: Inquiry about possible inactivation of PWS DETAILS: Jean called to say that the Christian School may be leaving their building at the end of this school year due to decreased enrollment. She also wondered about annual testing of their cross-connection device.I told her to call us back in May/June when she knows whether the building will be sitting empty/put up for sale for several months, and we can then change the status of the PWS to inactive. That will keep down her testing costs while the building is unoccupied. I also said I was unsure whether she needs to pay a certified inspector to test her backflow device (for irrigation uses), since her PWS is not required to have a backflow device. We decided that question can be left until the fate of the property is known. ACTION NEEDED: In May or June, Jean will inform us whether the building is sold or will sit unoccupied indefinitely. We can then change the status of the system (to inactive) or contact information (if sold) accordingly. | ||
