| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation - Correction documentation DETAILS: Letter sent to system contact 7/17/08 informing of violation. A second notice was sent on 8/18/08. A nitrate sample was taken on 9/8/08. The violation has been corrected. 8/19/08 George Trott called & left message with Ian. Said he did not have to test nitrate as per Rick Letter. Ian returned call 8/19/08. Ian called & spoke with George and he felt that he had been exempt from nitrate testing in the past because no one had ever requested that he do it. He plans to begin testing soon (letter attached to recent survey of water system requires that testing occur by 9/30/08). ACTION NEEDED: None, violation is corrected. | ||
