| Details: | SUMMARY: On site visit regarding monitoring/reporting violation DETAILS: On site visit to discuss monitoring violation for failure to test for bacteria during the 3rd quarter of 2008. Hand delivered a letter explaining the issue. Also discussed the Public Notice requirement. I gave them a template to use and the notice was posted immediately. Sample will be taken the first week of November. ACTION NEEDED: Post Public Notice and sample for bacteria ASAP | ||
