| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Gilbertson by phone. A resample was taken and failed again. Mr. Gilbertson stated that he was exploring the possibility of installing water treatment. I spoke to Mr. Gilbertson about both UV treatment and chlorine. Additionally, I told Paul that until such time that treatment is installed he would need to use bottled water or an alternate "safe" source for his product. ACTION NEEDED: follow up is needed to determine what type of treatment will be installed. Additionally Scott Curry will be contacted regarding treatment system. | ||
