| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Bice by phone. Mr. Bice stated that no action had been taken yet. This system has a chlorinator. Therefore, I made Mr. Bice aware of the testing requirements for a chlorinated system. In addition Mr. Bice agreed to contact the GP lab for additional testing. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up is predicated on the outcome of the ensuing sample. | ||
