Details: SUMMARY: wants to activate well #12 DETAILS: Spoke with Myles today, he wants to know what he needs to do to bring well #12 online. I told him to call Marsha Fox to get the plan review process started. He thinks he does have the well log for this well #12 located at the rodeo. The well log is lane 2083, constructed 6/11/91. He said he will call Marsha to get the plan review process started. ACTION NEEDED: Get plan review approval before using well #12.
