| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding routine sample positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: Called Darla Nelson regarding routine positive sample for Total Coliform. Darla was informed that she needed to collect 4 repeat samples before the end of February. She indicated that Umpqua Laboratory had already called and informed her of the positive sample. Also explained that if the 4 repeat samples come back absent for colifrom she will need to collect 5 routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 routine samples by the end of February and 5 routine samples the following month if the repeats are absent for coliform. | ||
