Details: Received OERS incident report (2020-1545) today at 10:59 a.m. Customer reported water serving her home and other homes in the Perrydale area is discolored with sediment. She lives at 12455 Myers Rd off hwy 22. The report indicated discolored water has been a recurring problem, but became worse within the last month. Caller has been ill testing positive for Giardia.

I spoke with customer at 12:30 pm and she was able to reach someone at the Water Association to flush waterlines.

Jim Solvedt emailed and called Steve Caldwell with Perrydale Water in the afternoon on 6/26/2020. Steve stated that that they have been flushing out lines and that there are "no breaks or construction".-- Added by Christina Tisdell with Polk County Environmental Health

Addition: (07/1/2020)
Water operator contacted Jim on 7-1-2020 that they took two special samples in the distribution. The samples came back absent as the results. -- Added by Christina Tisdell with Polk County Env Health
