| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform at well head - 9/17/08 DETAILS: Firm has shocked system several times. The firm now has changed all gaskets, o-rings, old galvanized piping to pressure tank and changed pressure tank. The firm has also added a faucet at the well head. It has a tee and a water sample was directly taken from the well and was positive. A sample was taken at the trail (negative) and at the three compartment sink, also negative. The firm flushed water and chlorinated system after the changes and then took the sample using proper technique. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to flush water throughout system and take another sample at well head. | ||
