| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: contacted operator 9/29/08. Left message for contact explaining follow up process. Operator called back that day and we discussed the need for a public notice and additional water tests. Email was sent 9/29/08 describing the follow up steps necessary and a template for public notice. Public notice was received. Spoke to operator 10/10 regarding repeat sampling and well disinfection. We also discussed that he needed to test Cl residual to ensure adequate disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up to ensure steps were taken to correct problem. Submit a copy of the public notice to DCHD. | ||
