| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead above action level at .51 DETAILS: Brian called & faxed me the lead results. It looked like their was a data entry error and the copper results were enter under lead. Called Chuck at the DHS-DWP and he emailed me back that it was a data entry error and the copper results were entered as the lead results and vise versa. The system is not in violation. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
