| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up with operator DETAILS: Asked operator to take four repeat samples 4 days after the shock chlorination process, but when I called him today he had not taken them yet. Gary said the shock process went well. He shocked the well reservoir and chlorine was run into all homes overnight. The home with the broken water pipe is disconnected from the water system now, they have their own well. Gary will take 4 repeat samples on 1/20/09 ACTION NEEDED: Remind Gary of the 5 routine samples required by the end of 1/31/09 | ||
