| Details: | SUMMARY: Five routine coliform samples absent DETAILS: Jeff shocked & flushed the reservoir on 1/15/09. Five routine samples were taken and all were absent. Jeff has recommended that Morse Brothers isolate the reservoir from the dusty area in the boiler room bldg and seal the vent pipe area to protect the water in the reservoir from contaminants. Stutzman Services is now the contract operator for this system and will draw samples quarterly while following the newly revised sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
