| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: routine sample was positive for TC on 10-29-08 and operator was notified 10/30/08 and four repeats were pulled. All 4 repeats were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five routines are needed in November. The person taking the sample was new, I asked Tia to do some training on how to take and transport the samples. There may be some sampling error happening. | ||
