Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Jim said the original positive sample was from hose and 4 repeats were from same hose. I told him to make sure they take samples from various points in system. Apparently they took 4 repeats at same point in system. I emailed public notice to him and asked him to make sure 5 routine samples were taken at different points in system. ACTION NEEDED: none
