| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive E.coli taken 1/20/09 DETAILS: Jim informed me that the raw water sample and the sample taken from #1175 came back absent for total coliform. #955, 1050, 1035 and 1105 were positive for E. coli. I asked if they followed the shocking procedure that was discussed during our site visit on 1/15/09 and Jim assured me that they did. Jim stated that there might have been pressure loss due to a problem with the cycle stop valve that was installed with the new pressure tank. I advised Jim that the residents should be notified that the boil water notice is still in effect. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
