| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/4/08 Talked to a representative at the camp. He said that one repeat sample had been taken. The operators were not sure if the samples were supposed to be taken on the same day. I told him to take the other 3 repeat samples as soon as possible and to take 5 routine samples in January. We also discussed reporting the sample. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples and routine samples and report to the state. Monitor to ensure samples were reported on time. | ||
