Details:	Gochnour with Civil West asked HECO to assist in the preparation of a SIPP application to help obtain funds for the City of Sumpter for the Redwood Tank Replacement and flow meter installation per OHA’s survey letter dated 12/11/17. 1/9/19 Almanza and Turner with HECO called Gochnour to discuss Support Effort No. 4. Marlin directed HECO to initiate a SIPP Application for City of Sumpter regarding the Redwood Tank replacement options along with the installation of a flowmeter. 1/13/19 – Almanza contacted Vaage from CW for info SIPP Application regarding applicable to Sumpter’s water system deficiencies. Dan suggested a feasibility study was best category suited for evaluating tank replacement. 1/29/20 Almanza contacted Geoff Wells via phone and email regarding SIPP Application information required from City. No response from Geoff. 2/4/20 Almanza submitted to City a PDF containing SIPP Application highlighted sections and attachments requiring the City’s input to scan and resubmit to HECO for application submittal. No response from Geoff. 2/20/20 Almanza contacted Wells via phone and email regarding the status of the recently submitted documentation requiring the City’s verification, input, and review. HECO also reminded the City that IFA Business Oregon deadline was on 3/15/20. No response from Geoff. 3/3/20 Almanza contacted Wells via phone and email regarding status of SIPP Application documentation and submittal deadline. No response from Geoff 3/9/20 Almanza contacted Wells via phone for SIPP Application documentation status. Geoff answered and mentioned he was sick but the City was working on the application. 3/10/20 - Almanza contacted Sumpter City Hall via phone regarding SIPP status & submittal deadline. Sumpter mentioned Mayor on vacation.Council president would be able to sign & provide the required documentation.3/11/20 Almanza submitted Sumpter updated SIPP doc, but would need to provide the following day.
