| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: follow up sample from well source 12/10/08 positive for total coliform. Mailed all 4 homeowners letter 12/12/08 describing ongoing problem and options. Called Mary 12/16/08 and she added chlorine tablets for assurance after source sample taken. Will be meeting with all 4 homeowners this week to discuss options. She had contacted Newton Pump and Butch Rogers to get prices for re-sealing versus drilling a new well ACTION NEEDED: Continue to ensure all 4 families are informed and work on permanently solving problem. | ||
