| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine taken October 8, 2008 DETAILS: Routine sample taken October 8, 2008 was positive for total coliform bacteria. Four repeat samples were negative. 5 routine samples were not taken in November 2008 resulting in a violation. Explained to Steve that to return to compliance, he would have to comply with the requirement of 1 coliform bacteria test every quarter. After 2 quarters then the system would return to compliance.
