| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: Fir continues to sample distribution sites to determine sources of contamination. Samples taken on Nov 10, one from reservoir, Nov 17th, 3, from boiler room, lunch room and lab. One positive out of group. The firm treated system with two low level shock treatments on 11/19. On Nov 24, three more samples taken, one from boiler room, 1 lab and 1 at warehouse hose bib. The results have not been received. ACTION NEEDED: Firm plans to take 5 routine samples in December to verify treatment has worked. Bottled water is still supplied to employees and public notice is posted. | ||
