| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 12-4-08 DETAILS: 12-9-08 I left message for Dennis to call me. 12-10-08 Daniel Hough and I discussed the recent positive samples and both were from space 7, and were taken from a kitchen tap with a swivel faucet. I placed a request with DWAP to have the 12-1-08 routine and the repeats invalidated. I also spoke with owner, Scott. We discussed the invalidation request and he will have Neilson Research collect one routine sample during the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: Request to invalidate the above referenced samples placed to DWP: one routine sample needs to be collected this month, December. | ||
