| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System took 5 temporary routines in October following September total coliform positive. Three of 5 positive. Discussed chlorination and possible causes with manager Doug 11-4-08. System took 2 samples in November and 2 in December. All 4 absent. System will receive violation for not enough repeats but appears to be back on track. ACTION NEEDED: Take routine sample 1st quarter 2009. If more samples are positive, may place system on monthly coliform sampling rather than quarterly. | ||
