| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert high nitrate December 26, 2008 DETAILS: Fourth quarter nitrate sample was taken in October which was over the MCL a confirmation sample was taken in December and it is also above the MCL at 12.8. Firm has had high samples prior this year. Firm is seasonal and operate during fourth and first quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate removal system needs to be installed, post a public notice and fax a copy to ODA and that will be forwarded to DWP. Continue with quarterly nitrate monitoring. Brad Daniels, 971-673-0407, will be sending a letter to firm indicating the requirement for treatment. | ||
