| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on positive total coliform DETAILS: This system had a nitrate removal system on its distribution. The manufacturer of the nitrate removal unit recommends no or low chlorine levels going into the unit. In the attempt to keep the levels low the operator may not be keeping the level high enough for disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Repeats ar needed 4, 5 routines are needed in October. | ||
