| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: 12-4-08 Called Jim & left message to call me back regarding 3/4 repeat positive samples 12/1/08 & 11/25/08. 12-10-08 Jim has been doing some work on the system and he thinks that is the likely cause. Let Jim know that he has to post a public notice. He didnt realize that he had to so I emailed the link to the state site for template. I told him that the state database was expecting 5 temporary routine coliform samples before 12/31/08. He said he understood. 12-14-08 Jim faxed public notice to this office. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
