| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 11/14/08 DETAILS: 11-14-08 Left message for Jim to collect four repeat samples today if possible and Monday at the latest. 11/24/08 Left another message for Jim to call me. 12/3/08 Miles Wagner brought in six temporary routine samples, for Jim who is in Mexico, to lab per Neilson Research. I obtained Miles phone number from Neilson Research. 12-4-08 Called Miles and spoke about repeat samples that were never collected in mid-November, about calling me immediately after being notified of a positive result, and about collecting repeat samples within 24 hours of being notified of a positive. We also discussed that only five temporary routine samples need to be collected, not six. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert for continuing details. | ||
