| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample 12/3/08 DETAILS: Sample date was mislabeled on bottle as 11-3-08 & should have been 12/3/08 12-8-08 I called Miles and made appointment with him to try to troubleshoot the recent positives. 12-9-08 Daniel Hough and I met with Miles Wagner. The hose bibs outside of space 12A and 10B had backflow prevention devices on them. These were removed during our visit and 4 repeat samples were collected. 12-17-08 four repeat samples collected on 12-9-08 were negative per Neilson Research. 12-17-08 Spoke with Miles and reminded him that five temporary routine samples need to be collected in January 2009.
