| Details: | SUMMARY: Chemical monitoring schedule change DETAILS: Left message on 7/7/08 and 7/10/08 for Matthew informing him that the monitoring frequency for nitrate will be changed to quarterly as a result of the MCL violation from first quarter 2008. Spoke with Matthew 7/10/08 and he agreed to increase nitrate monitoring to quarterly. He also stated that he posted a public notice in February. Mr. Moore expressed concern about the cost if installing a filtration system if concentration continues to exceed the MCL given that none of the employees are vulnerable. He also pointed out that the business is seasonal with employees decreasing to 45 until March when there are only 18, with a minimum of 5 in July. ACTION NEEDED: Take quarterly nitrate samples. | ||
