| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed E.coli monitoring issues for LT2 compliance. DETAILS: Richland has been doing the required E.coli enumeration for LT2 through Pendleton Laboratory. The Oregon laboratory certification program (Irene Ronning) indicated to Wendy that Pendleton Lab is certified for fecal enumeration, but not E.coli. So, until the issue is sorted out, Richland will have Magic Valley Laboratory do the samples. Wendy will accept the Pendleton Lab results that have been done. (unless there is a discrepancy in results from the 2 labs). Magic Valley did the initial first 3 samples, and then Richland changed to Pendleton Lab due to more convenient shipping. All results have been low or 0 E.coli counts, Magic Valley was 0,2, 3, Pendleton lab has shown 0,0,0,4. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to continue monitoring on schedule prescribed by EPA. | ||
