| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Left message asking for 4 repeat samples to be taken right away and 5 routines in November if the repeats were all good. Theresa called back and stated that they recently had some electrical problems with the well. They figured a mouse chewed some of the wiring so a repairman replaced the wires and could have contaminated the well head. She stated it was electrical only, no major changes that would need plan review. She is shocking the well today and will be sure to flush the system. The lab will take four repeat samples on Friday the 17th. If those are good she agreed to take 5 routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples immediately. | ||
