| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform and E.coli DETAILS: Negative sample taken at the source. Two taken from three compartment sink with two faucets to reach the basins. The hand sink also positive for total as well as the outlet of the pressure tank. Eugene explained the distribution system has been flushed twice with chlorine. It was then flushed with water before lab came to take samples. The firm has consulted with several experienced people to discover the problem. The firm has switched to a second lab and has bottles to sample at the positive sample sights. The firm has flushed hot water heater and pressure tank. The firm only has coffee that is served to the public. ACTION NEEDED: Take samples at all sample sights from well and distribution. Coffee must be made with bottled water if positives continue. | ||
