| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform DETAILS: 12/9/08 Talked with operator, three repeat samples have been taken and submitted. 12/12/08 2 repeat samples returned positive (fecal negative). Operator will take repeat samples from both locations. 12/16/08 One repeat sample returned positive, (fecal negative). Operator says he cannot find source of contaminate. They will shock chlorinate section of system and resample and send out coliform notices to users. 12/22/08 Multiple repeat samples returned positive. System to blow off entire line again, look for possible sources of contamination and send resamples to lab in Corvallis ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples next month. | ||
