| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Met with Helaine to help correct the deficiencies noted in survey. The deficiencies noted were Emergency Response Plan, coliform and nitrate sample plan and an Operations Manual. I brought along template for these items and went over them with her. I also left a CD with the information on it so it could be updated regularly. ACTION NEEDED: Credit system with completion of the ERP, coliform sample plan, and the operations manual. | ||
