Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: This system is late for reporting for phase 2-5, Pb/Cu, TTHM, NO3, Rads, ARS ACTION NEEDED: The system has taken samples as of 9-30-08 for everything but SoC, VOC and those are scheduled to be taken 10-18-08. Umpqua labs will be reporting the results to DHS as soon as the phase 2-5 are run.
