| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic treatment consultation DETAILS: Mr. Haight had received letter from Brad Daniels and had questions. Mr. Haight met with Shilo Water, mike Lowery, to discuss arsenic treatment for the system. He has prepared a Public Notice as required and will distribute and continue to distribute every three months until resolved. Mr. Haight has requested the time line in the letter be extended several months to straighten out a few concerns. The community now does a line item on the payment of street lights and he is pursing the idea of a line item for water treatment to assist in paying for the system. ACTION NEEDED: Extend deadline for plan submittal to May of 2009 | ||
