| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone call regarding coliform testing. DETAILS: The lab told Kate she only needed to do one test last month. She did one and called it a repeat. I reminded her that the system must have a set of 4 repeats be negative following a positive. Also, 5 routines required the month following a positive. Told her that it is too late to do the 4 repeats, and that we must move on to doing the 5 routines. We plan to meet this Wednesday at 8 am and do the routines. We will also discuss the Public Notice requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Await test results. | ||
