Details:	SUMMARY: Phone call regarding coliform reporting DETAILS: The lab told Kate she only needed to do one test last month. She did one and called it a repeat. I reminded her the system must have a set of 4 repeats and be absent following a positive. I reminded her of the 5 routines required the month following a positive. I told her it was too late for the 4 repeats, that the system is in violation, and that we must move on to doing the 5 routines. We plan to meet this weds at 8am, October 22 and do the routines. We will also discuss the public notice requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Await test results.
