| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform non reporting DETAILS: Bill checked with Evelyn in regards to why the monitoring had not been done. Evelyn thought that because the facility is now licensed as a restaurant, they only needed to do the monitoring & reporting once a year. I explained to Bill that nothing had changed and he needs to go back to reporting quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: Check status in April of 2009 to see if they have monitored. | ||
