| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation for non reporting DETAILS: 10/30/08 Operator said that the 3rd quarter sample was taken and the lab was supposed to send the results to the state. He said he would send a copy of the results to the state and a copy to Douglas County as soon as possible. He also said that the 4th quarter sample would be turned in on time. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure they report samples on time. | ||
