| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on coliform violation DETAILS: Dan said that he let the monitoring and reporting fall through the cracks because he is training a new operator. I stressed the importance of monitoring and reporting and we discussed Santiam Crossings schedule. He said he would monitor ASAP. I spoke with Dan about the arsenic level being 0.0150ppm and clarified the use of the system. The system is used by approximately 30-37 people. I will clarify the usage of the students and determine if the system meets the definition of a non transient system or not. I instructed Dan to post public notice. I will send a copy of the sampling plan, public notice template, monitoring schedule and arsenic fact sheet, etc. New operator will be David Amperse. ACTION NEEDED: Check SDWIS in mid November for coliform bacteria monitoring and reporting results for 4th quarter 2008. | ||
